The purpose of the Washington Business Association (WBA) is to bring together retailers, businesses and cultural organizations providing a common voice to promote economic development and support the community interests of the greater Washington area.

To promote Washington businesses through collaborative support, assisting members in sustaining a vibrant local economy.

Member Networking and Informational Social Events

The WBA hosts a number of members only events each year. Whether it’s a quarterly social, the annual dinner or a workshop event, they all provide an opportunity to meet, mingle and collaborate with your neighbor businesses.

Our Annual Events

Community Block Party

This year the Community Block Party will be on Friday, June 7, from 5:30 - 8:00 pm. There will be live music, games and outdoor events.

Harvest Festival

WBA organizes and sponsors a town-wide Washington Harvest Festival at the Pavilion. There is live music, games, scarecrow contest, food and fun.

Holiday in the Depot

Holiday in the Depot takes place on a Friday night at the beginning of December. Santa arrives by horse and wagon at 6:00 and the town Christmas tree is lit. There is caroling, food and entertainment.
