The Washington Business Association offers many benefits to its members. Whether you are a new business or established, large or small, membership in the WBA offers a connection to other local businesses and the community.
Submit an Event
Add your upcoming event to WBA's calendar. Other member businesses will see your event lisitng. Please give plenty of lead time for review and approval.

Does your Organization Have a Donation Request?
If you have a charity event with a donation request, you can send us the information, which we will send out to our members.
Renew Your Membership in the Washington Business Association
Active membership includes a listing in our member business directory, inclusion in newsletter and critical information emails, plus invitations to all social events and meetings.
Yearly membership begins January 1 for all members. Membership renewal is $100 per year. If you join past the March 31 renewal deadline, the membership is $125. This fee is waived this year, 2023, becasue we are just getting started with our new online payment method.

Update Your Business Listing on the WBA site
You can change your listing information, images and social media links. Please go to your listing and find the “Update your listing” link at the bottom of your page.

Membership benefits include:
- Visibility & Recognition- Increase your business exposure through a free business listing on the WBA website, with a direct link to your own website or social media. The WBA promotes Washington businesses with events such as Community Day, the New Preston Stroll, Holiday in the Depot, and the New Preston Holiday Stroll.
- Networking- Social events are hosted by some of our member businesses throughout the year, at their locations, and provide a casual opportunity to connect with your fellow WBA members. Attend special, free Member Only events and presentations.
- Information & Resources- Stay informed about WBA events and news, through our website calendar and mailings. The WBA creates a stronger local economy through its emphasis on ‘Think Local First’. The WBA website has pages of business and community information. All members are listed in our online business directory with a link to your website and a detailed description of your company, products, and services. We can provide help for you to design your ads and/or websites, if you don’t already have one.
- Credibility- Include the WBA Member logo on your website and other marketing materials.
- Leadership- Share your expertise by presenting at member workshops, held periodically. You are encouraged to join the committee of your choice and have a direct impact on the future of your community, while promoting your business.
- Advocacy- Benefit from a unified voice advocating for a business-friendly approach at local, regional, and state levels. Be assured that your interests are covered through monitoring of policy issues impacting business. Support the WBA’s mission to enhance the economic vitality of Washington.
- Marketing & Sponsorship- Increase your exposure through advertising opportunities on the WBA website, which receives more than 4,000 visits per month. Association event sponsorship provides other affordable and valuable marketing opportunities. Marketing and branding opportunities are possible through the WBA’s ongoing calendar of events and website.
